Reinier Airado, RN, Founder and CEO NCLEX CRUSADE, LLC
After working for over 7 years as a Florida police officer, Reiner decided to change his career and study nursing. As a student, he discovered his talent for teaching and helping fellow students understand the processes. He realized that his creative style of teaching really helps his fellow students understand and do well in nursing school. Reinier graduated with honors and quickly became a registered nurse. While working in different areas, such as Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and specializing in Medical Emergencies he realized the importance of having well trained fellow nurses working by his side. He then made the decision to help as many of his fellow nurses and founded NCLEX CRUSADE. Today, he helps hundreds of students spanning from across the USA, India, The Philippines, Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina in achieving their dream of becoming a registered nurse in America in both English and Spanish.
Lidixy Amador
Lidixy Amador, RN, BSN, Co-Founder and Co-CEO NCLEX CRUSADE, LLC
Lidixy Amador graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master of Medical Emergencies. She was also a professor of the Morphophysiology program in a nursing program in Cuba. Lidixy worked for 5 years as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department in Trinidad and Tobago. She immigrated to the United States in pursuit of a dream to become a Registered Nurse but found it difficult to practice her profession as a nurse due to multiple barriers. Today Lidixy is a Registered Nurse in the United States and along her husband founded NCLEX Crusade helping hundreds of students become a Registered Nurse.
